Introducing new product ?

Hi, i am in internship in a software company. Here my work is to introduce a software product into the market. they are asking me to give all my 3 weeks schedule in a systematic way like chapters.
they already fixed price of the product and even product is good, as a marketeer what i need to do for introducing that product. after my 3 weeks schedule i need to go for field, for promotion or for sale that product.
i said about market segmentation i will concentrate on a region and i will find the customers and i will talk with them, they asked me for to identify customers and to talk with the customers what the back-end process u will do, i don’t know what to do even internet is saying go for survey how can i take survey, all my field work starts after 3 weeks. so please help me thank you.

Is there any website/company like which access our computer ram/cpu and pay us money for that. Pls read fully?

I heard that there is a website or company which access our computer once if we are registered in it(and If I remember properly we will install their free software). They use the Ram or CPU( I dont remember properly either it is ram or cpu). As the company can’t afford to buy more computers they do like this, they access ram and cpu of ours and they pay us every month

1) Is this true?
2) What website is that?
3) How much they pay us every month? Heard that they pay through paypal.
4) I want to earn some money, but I can’t spend time like date entry operator or adsense or writing surveys or share market. What I can all do is to keep my system on and full internet connection?

Please help me. I have more loans to be repaid. Please help me.

What online business models are working in 2011?

Are there any that are good to start in 2011? Here’s what I see:

1. Saas Businesses (online services) – there are sooo many young entrepreneurs and engineers and so much angel money in silicon valley .. but too few ideas. Consequently, I’m seeing a ton of competition for every single idea I can come up with. Is there still room for a new entrant in 2011?

2. Web Agencies – Another possibility would be to start a web production company that builds online websites and software for clients. Problem is twofold – (a) when I type in key phrases in Google that I might try to market with, I get pages of results from Google for engineers and marketing services “from $18 per hour”, from India and elsewhere. Also (b) I’m not seeing many thriving agencies around me. In fact, the one down the street from me and another prominent one a few miles away, recently closed down. Has this work effectively been outsourced and margins squeezed to oblivion?

3. Web Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social, Analytics) – This area seems to be doing better than production agencies and I see more examples of success around me. But aren’t most of these skills also technical in nature? Aren’t the should-be channel partners (google, bing, etc) also competing directly against these agencies? I fear these companies face the same fate as web production agencies, 5 years from now.

These are the only models I seem to be able to come up with, for someone with years of experience in Internet development and marketing. Unfortunately, I have serious doubts about all of them. Is there another model I am missing? Am I wrong about these?
